No-Show & Cancellation Policy
At Hairlines Barbershop, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to all of our clients. To maintain fairness and efficiency, we kindly ask that you follow our booking policy outlined below:
No-Show Appointments:
If we do not receive any communication and you fail to attend your scheduled appointment after 15 minutes, your booking will be cancelled.
Late Cancellations and Fees:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a charge equal to a portion or the full cost of the service booked.
Changes to Bookings:
Any changes to your appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
